Yannick DAYER

Short Biography

Yannick is working at the Idiap Research Institute as a Research and Development Engineer.

He is proficient in Python, C, and C++ and is learning Rust.
He knows how to use development tools like GitHub or GitLab and to leverage the CI/CD features of such tools.
He has decent knowledge of software development, specially in the field of AI for biometric research.

He lives in Switzerland in the village of Hérémence, in the moutains over Sion.
He is part of a traditional dance group, and he plays unihockey/floorball in a club.
He likes driving and playing video-games (Factorio, and a lot more...).
