Short Biography

Oscar Jimenez-del-Toro is a postdoctoral researcher from the Medical Artificial Intelligence group at the Idiap Research Institute in Martigny, Switzerland. He received his Ph.D. in Informatics from the University of Geneva in 2017. His Ph.D. thesis focused on the quantitative analysis of medical images, finding relevant regions-of-interest for medical decision support. His interest include medical data analysis and machine learning.

• 2009-2012: MSc Biomedical Image Sciences at University of Utrecht (Netherlands)
• 2013-2017: PhD Informatics at University of Geneva (Switzerland)
