 Active Tuberculosis Detection On CXR Package for Bob

Package to train convolutional neural networks for tuberculosis detection on
frontal chest X-rays. Additionally, this package implements prediction
of TB on chest X-rays and evaluation of performances. It is build using
PyTorch.
