Swiss Horizon 2020 lauch event - Idiap’s research success under FP7 highlighted

Last week, Idiap’s outstanding research success under FP7 was highlighted during the inaugural day of the Swiss Horizon 2020 launch event at the Stade de Suisse in Berne.

swiss-horizon-2020.jpgHorizon 2020, the new European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, was officially launched in Switzerland last week during a 4-day conference (January 14-17) at the Stade de Suisse in Berne. Organized by Euresearch - the Swiss National Contact Point for EU-funded research -, the event offered the possibility to get to know the political objectives and strategies of H2020 and discover the funding opportunities provided. Furthermore, practical workshops on how to answer a call for proposals with a strong application were given.

Idiap’s outstanding research success under the former programme framework called FP7 (2007-2013) was highlighted during the inaugural day of the event.
