Dr Sébastien Marcel appointed as an Associate Editor of IEEE TIFS

Dr Sébastien Marcel, the head of the Biometrics group at Idiap, was recently appointed as an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (IEEE TIFS).
