Milos Cernak, new Idiap senior development engineer

Milos came from IBM to strengthen Idiap development team in speech area.
He naturally combines research and development, balancing on its fuzzy boundary. Having PhD in speech synthesis and many industrial speech-related experiences, he will try to foster speech technology transfer at idiap.
