Idiap signs a Memorandum of Understanding with two Indian Institutions
On December 14, 2011, the Idiap Research Institute and the Indian Institute of Technology at Gawahati (IITG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) where they confirmed their desire to enter into an understanding to actively facilitate mutual cooperation in training, research and technology development activities in areas of common interest. The main purpose of this agreement is to enable IITG and Idiap to facilitate visits (for varying periods of time) by members of IITG and Idiap to visit and interact, with the goal to propose and initiate joint activity in identified areas or projects.

On December 16, 2011, the Idiap Research Institute and the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) at Hyderhabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) where they confirmed their desire to enter into an understanding to actively facilitate mutual cooperation in training, research and technology development activities in areas of common interest. The main purpose of this agreement is to enable IITG and Idiap to facilitate visits (for varying periods of time) by members of IIIT and Idiap to visit and interact, with the goal to propose and initiate joint activity in identified areas or projects.
